Kaja, a K-beauty brand, features 'bite-sized' packaging.

Memebox has co-developed a K-beauty color cosmetics line with Sephora — Kaja. Kaja includes 47 products for complexion, eyes, and lips, based on the latest Korean technology — with exclusive formulations and first-to-market innovations. The collection launched on Sephora’s website yesterday and will roll out to 58 Sephora doors nationwide on September 28th. Products range in price from $14 – $24. Partnering with Sephora is ‘a Milestone’ for Memebox Memebox’s established portfolio of K-Beauty brands includes Dew Care, Nooni, The Pony Effect, and I’M MEME — but the collaboration with Sephora is an exciting milestone, the company says. Hyungseok Dino Ha, chief executive officer, Memebox, says, “Sephora is a company that continually forecasts the future of beauty, so we are incredibly fortunate to collaborate with such a talented, best-in-class team. Both of our teams focused on our respective expertise to ensure we developed something special based on the needs of beauty lovers and what’s most meaningful to them.” Alison Hahn, senior vice president of merchandising, Sephora, comments, “Memebox and Sephora had a natural partnership with very similar traits; we’re restless with a desire to lead trends and champion innovation with a cadre of beauty fans that give us real-time feedback. With that, we leveraged the best of our collective talents to create a truly unique color cosmetics collection featuring amazing new textures and formulas never seen or felt before.” Kaja’s Products — & ‘Bite-Sized’ Packaging Kaja is created for the “girl-on-the-go” and the line includes “bite-sized” packaging. There are small round compacts with a mirror that are the perfect size to carry in a purse or jeans pocket. One double compact features a heart-shaped mirror — and the colors will remind you of macarons in a French bakery. The lineup includes “bouncy blushes and silky lip colors with a cushioned finish that encourages you to play and experiment,” the brand states — providing “an engaging textural and sensorial experience.” The makeup colors are designed to compliment all skin, from fair to deep.
